Celebrating partnership and the power of service: a message from our CEO

As we move through this season of reflection and gratitude, I am reminded that the heart of our mission beats strongest through partnership. The impact we create for children and families across the country is not the work of one organization alone, it is the result of many hands and hearts coming together in a shared purpose. For us, the partnerships are wide-ranging to include our state and local programs, our more than 79,000 volunteers, as well as donors, supporters and impact partners.

This month, we proudly celebrate our enduring partnership with Kappa Alpha Theta and their National Day of Service—a tradition that beautifully embodies the spirit of collective action. For more than three decades, Thetas across the nation have given their time, energy, compassion, and financial support to our CASA/GAL network nationwide and the children we serve. Their commitment extends far beyond their college years, as alumnae continue to champion our mission through their workplaces, communities, and civic engagement. The strong and longstanding commitment of Thetas is a powerful reminder that service is not just an act—it is a legacy of care and leadership.

To all our partners—current and future—your collaboration fuels our mission. Together, we demonstrate what’s possible when organizations unite around a common goal: ensuring every child has the opportunity to thrive in a safe and permanent home.
